HONOURING AN INDIVIDUAL

Giving in Celebration.

Making a donation to celebrate a Birthday, Anniversary, Wedding, Retirement, Mother's/Father's Day or mark another special occasion is meaningful to the giver, the recipient and patients of Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. We will send a letter to honourees informing them that gifts have been made but we may need your help to provide us with the name and complete address of the person you wish to honour.

If you would like to make a donation in lieu of gifts for several people (birthday, wedding, etc.), you can make one donation and just send a list of recipients (their names and complete addresses). We will send a notice of your generous gift.

If you are considering asking for donations to recognize a special occasion, please contact us in case we can help you by providing donation cards, envelopes, poster(s) or cards to notify them.

Birthdays
Birthdays are fun but some people feel birthday gifts unnecessary. Instead, they ask their family and friends to make a donation to Strathroy Hospital to mark the occasion. SMGH Foundation will send an announcement of gift(s) made (without disclosing the amount) to notify the individual.

Wedding Favors
On your special day, pay tribute to your guests by making a donation in their honor to SMGH. It's a wonderful gift that will continue to touch hearts long after the “I do’s” are said. Table signs, posters or note cards are available at the Foundation office to help notify your guests.

Anniversary Celebration
Whether its the 1st, 20th, 60th or any other anniversary milestone, the honouree(s) will receive notification that you have made a gift to celebrate this special occasion.

If you would like to ask your guests to consider making a donation to support SMGH for your anniversary, the Foundation can provide you with donation cards and will issue a letter notifying the honouree(s) once all gifts have been collected.

Retirement
Celebrate this milestone by making a donation in honour of the individual retiring, that donations be made to SMGH Foundation. The individual retiring will be notified of your donation.
